Query form
Query form should be filled up correctly. All the information provided by the user should be accurate and relevant. Travel-horizon is not responsible for any loss and damage caused by the incorrect information.

Credit card
Travel-horizon assure a safe and secure credit card transaction. The details of card and transaction will not be shared with anyone except third party service provider.

Changes to reservation
If client want to change or delay the reservation, they must tell travel-horizon before a certain date. All requested changes to reservation or delay are subjected to Travel-horizon sole discretion.

Change of hotel
Travel-horizon shall not be liable for any loss and damage caused by change of hotel for any reason, at any time without prior notice by client.

Flight and air carriers
Travel horizon shall not responsible for any change in flight schedule or cancellation without notice.

Travel Document
Client shall be requested to carry all the valid documents such as proof of citizenship (passport). This is sole responsibility of client, otherwise client may be refused entry if they do not furnish proper travel documents.

Custom and Immigration
Travel-horizon is not responsible for any dispute between custom officials and client. Custom and immigration official have full right to deny any outsider to enter the country’s premises and to seize any personal property. Therefore, travel-horizon request clients to take appropriate safeguards and not to carry any material that is illegal.

Currency
Clients has to pay for the good and services at the exchange rate of Indian currency. Travel-horizon is sole responsible for the decision of rates. Rates shall be final.

Baggage limitation
There is a specific limitation to luggage immigration . Travel horizon request to check the details from the airlines for size and weight restriction.

Local law
Travel-horizon shall not be held for any dispute between local law and client. Therefore, it is advisable to abide by the rules and regulation.

Their may be many links on the website. Travel-horizon is not responsible for any other organization’s travel packages and offers. Client can browse other website at their own risk.

Change
Travel-horizon possess all the rights to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Governing law and jurisdiction
